On the truck (Surat → gateway port)
Trailers are booked against the vessel cut-off, not against our convenience. Every movement is tracked from factory gate to port gate.
Lifted at the quay (Port & customs)
Customs clearance, Certificate of Origin, inspection and bill of lading are finished before the box reaches the crane — which is why our containers make their booked vessel.
On the water (Ocean freight)
600+ TEUs leave every quarter on direct and transhipment routes. You get the sailing schedule, the container number and the full document set.

Inland haulage (Surat → Hazira / Nhava Sheva)
Trailers are booked against the vessel cut-off, not against our convenience. Every movement is tracked from factory gate to port gate, so a delay is something you hear about from us before it becomes your problem.
Port, customs & loading (Gateway port)
Customs clearance, Certificate of Origin, pre-shipment inspection and bill of lading are prepared in-house. The paperwork is finished before the box reaches the quay — which is why our containers make their booked vessel.
Ocean freight & delivery (55+ countries)
600+ TEUs leave every quarter on direct and transhipment routes. You get the sailing schedule, the container number and the documents, and a named contact who is awake when your port is.
Documentation
Every shipment travels with its file.
A product without its documentation is a product that cannot be cleared, released or used. We prepare all of it in-house.
Certificate of Analysis
Batch-specific, issued against the material actually in your container — not a generic typical-values sheet.
MSDS / Safety Data Sheet
In the format and language the destination regulator expects, including GHS classification and labelling.
Certificate of Origin
Chamber-attested where required, plus preferential origin certificates for markets with trade agreements.
Dangerous goods declaration
IMDG classification, UN number, packing group and hazard labelling for regulated acids, solvents and oxidisers.
Pre-shipment inspection
Third-party inspection and sampling arranged on request, with the report issued before the vessel sails.
Bill of lading & shipping docs
Draft BL for your approval before release, plus packing list, invoice and any destination-specific attestation.

50 kg, 200 L and 250 kg HDPE and MS drums for liquids and hygroscopic solids.

1000 L intermediate bulk containers for liquids moving in part-container quantities.
Flexitanks & ISO tanks

Chemtrade handles the full export chain in-house: packing and container stuffing, inland haulage from Surat to the gateway port, customs clearance, Certificate of Origin, pre-shipment inspection, bill of lading and ocean freight booking. Trailers are scheduled against the vessel cut-off, and customers receive the sailing schedule, container number and complete document set for every shipment. The company moves over 600 TEUs per quarter on direct and transhipment routes to more than 55 countries.
Chemtrade packs to the destination's requirements, including drums, carboys, bags, jumbo or bulk bags, IBCs, flexitanks and ISO tanks. Packing, labelling and marking are matched to the importing country's regulations, and private label artwork can be applied where the customer ships under their own brand.
Lead time depends on the product, whether the order is a toll manufacturing campaign or a stocked grade, and the destination port. Once a container is sealed, typical ocean transit runs from roughly two weeks to Middle East and South East Asian ports to six weeks or more for Latin America and the US west coast. Chemtrade confirms the production date and the booked vessel at the time of order, and flags any change before it affects the customer.
